Blessings Galore

The month Ramadan occurs annually, and is a month of blessing, in which the Muslim god (Allah) covers the believers with blessing, sends down mercy, decreases sins and answers prayers.

This god closes the gates of hell and locks up all the jinn (demons) and satan. The jinn were created by allah in the first place to waylay humankind, so it seems that no-one has an excuse to default during Ramadan. Good deeds are multiplied and cannot be negated by bad deeds. To quote: "Each of our good actions are upgraded by at least one level. A non-obligatory action commands the reward of a fardh (obligatory action), and the reward of a fardh is multiplied by seventy." Seventy is going cheap, because some good deeds go for a jackpot of 700 or 1000 goody-goody points.

During Ramadan, even if the lights go out, one gets a blessing.

It is not well known that islam has many sects much like Christianity has different denominations. Islamic sects are not simply "denominations," if that word is understood to mean various valid approaches to the same religion. Members of one Islamic group do not usually recognize members of other groups as fellow Muslims, and open conflict between sects is common, each sect calling the other apostate, and apostasy being forbidden is worthy of death.

The four main sects are: Ahmadiyya, Shi'a, Sufism and Sunni. Some sources will list over 70 sects.

Before someone cries foul and claims that there is open conflict between Christians and point at Northern Ireland, be reminded that the conflict in Ireland is political (those who want independence from the British Crown and those who do not). I have never heard of the Irish shout "Jesus is Great' like the Muslims shout "Allah is great" (Allah u Akbar) while killing each other. Any killing is prohibited by Jesus while the founder of Islam, Mohammed, did a lot of killing and promoted the practice for his followers. What Muslim can not do what their 'perfect' example of a man did? Include here murder, assassination, war, torture, theft, fraud, conspiracy, necrophilia, pedophilia, sex-slavery, slavery . . . the list goes on. All recorded faithfully in their venerated literature.

The proof is in the facts. I do not know of one Christian (don't come to me with clinical 'crazies') who killed another in a religious 'war' for the past ten years. However, during the holy month of Ramadan, blessings and all, the figures below are for Muslims killing Muslims. Non-Muslim deaths at the hand of Muslims are not included in these figures.

Ramadan, blessings and peace, 2014
Jihad Attacks: 272
Counties involved: 28
Muslims killed by Muslims: Dead 2429
Critically injured Muslims by Muslims:2028

You know what, you lapkoppe want to force this sort of culture on the rest of us?

13th and 14th cheque

Hey, we all know what a thirteenth cheque is. Supposed to be a performance bonus paid out annually. Most places where there is some union activity, everybody gets the equivalent of one month's pay as a bonus. And I suppose that is OK if you don't have a reasonable superior who who uses the terminology 'us' and 'we' in stead of 'I', but have a seething bitch (of any sex) as a superior.

But then some of us corporate employees have not heard of the fourteenth cheque.

Ever wondered why procurement never have the stationary you wanted? Printers have no toner for 3 to 4 weeks. Why does that key post take six months to be filled? Why is there a moratorium on filling posts resulting in employees holding multiple positions with no compensation? Why is work sent out to another overloaded branch while vacant posts at your branch are advertised with peanuts for a salary? Why do critical repairs not get authorized by management, and why in the end do you go out and buy a kettle for your department from your own pocket. And if you go to town to purchase an item for a client in the spirit of giving the best service, why does petty cash take six months and twenty reminders to refund you?

All the savings that management makes goes towards a special bonus, the 14th cheque. This goes to the corporate manager and others at HQ, and to your general (branch) manager, accountant and some departments heads, except you.

You and those in your department are the ones who sit with all the kak and others rake in the cash.

So to those who manipulate the system for their benefit . . . . the thing is going to catch up to you as more and more staff get sick of you greedy face.

So
